总台：
Requipment:
1.College graduated or above with majoring in English,Secretary;
2.One year relevant experience in a foreign company is preferred;
3.Fluent English both in oral and writing;
4.Good knowledge of computers;
5.Has interest in communicating with people;
6.Friendly,enthusiastic,outgoing,detailed and professional;
7.Good teamwork spirit.
Job Description:
1.Greet guest in a courteous and friendly manner.
2.Handling phone calls; take and relay messages.
3.General administrative and clerical support.
4.Manage office supplies and facility maintenance.
5.Make flight and hotel arrangements.
6.Arrange transportation Coordinate and arrange overseas visitors' programs.
7.To be thoroughly conversant with the computer system at the Front Office.
8.Check in and Check out for the guest.
9.Be alert if seeing someone suspicious around the office area.
10.Ensures that the office is kept clean at all times.
主要要求就是能用英语和老外对话，懂接待礼仪，工作内容除了接待访客、转接电话，订机票订酒店，有老外来长住的话，办理下居留许可证什么的~一年以上工作经验
Lighting Planning Assistant（灯光设计助理）
Requiment:
1. 主修照明设计或照明工程 , 或室内设计及相关专业 。
Major in lighting design or lighting engineering , or major in interior design .
2. 有一定照明设计知识基础 , 能熟练使用AutoCAD , 熟悉DIALux , AGI32 或 Relux 等照度计算软件者优先.
Knowledge base of lighting design required , familiar with AutoCAD ; Priority to DIALux , AGI32 , Relux user .
3. 英文读写熟练
Fluent read & written English ;
4. 有责任心, 踏实肯干
Strong sense of responsibility , hard work with good attitude ;
5. 善于沟通，具有团队精神
Good communication skills, with teamwork spirit.
Job description:
1. 按照设计师要求完成照度计算及布灯图纸
Accordance with the designer's request to Complete Lighting calculation and lighting layout ;
2. 协助产品经理完成产品安装调试等现场工作
Assist product manager to complete the installation work
