有的说是神兽，只是形如狮子；有的说就是狮子别名，连麒麟都是orz；有的说是sensi lion，完全没看懂……
实在不知道怎么简洁有力地翻译……万兽奔腾求助！

单纯说,翻译专有名词相关善用WIKI再加谷攻能快速解决不少问题，顺便楼主其实我没看懂你要翻译什么？
是单纯要知道狻猊的对应英语词汇还是需要翻译狻猊的文化神话渊源或者是形象渊源.

对照了几个不同的翻译版本，比较学术的和偏通俗性的都有，因为不知道楼主你需要的是哪类的，就选几个比较典型的都借用过来.
