Team, I must bring it up to you because you all need to know the following facts although it has said very clearly in the IOM below.

1.??????? March 8 is NOT a mandatory leave, which means it is not a public holiday granted by the government, which also means you are NOT entitled automatically for this half day leave.
2.??????? If, as we planned to give you, no business impact, this leave can be approved under the proper arrangement of the work amongst team by reporting managers. This also means, if the proper arrangement is not there, I and other managers will not approve this half day off.

So, please do not take it for granted as?XX and?XX do not allow this because it will have?business implications. We are fortunate to have this but I want to make sure each and every one of you are aware of this and your expectation is set right.
