但是这个炒好的菜汤汁变成黑灰色实在是吓人orz

未必是锅的问题
铁锅炒出来的菜会变色很常见,蔬菜尤其明显

我记得我妈妈说过新买的锅要先烧热
然后用油浸透才能用的
要不然就会出现LZ家这种情况

要是铁锅变色很正常……是不是刷完锅没晾干生锈了?反正菜变黑是因为铁锅含的铁,菜炒好了要很快盛出来

母上是永乐里面买的爱仕达的锅子
买来也就2个月,每次炒蔬菜,尤其是豇豆,黑灰色的太恐怖了
