Being trilingual is really incredible...
I want to learn Japanese but currently i still can't handle my English well.
Life becomes busier as I grow up. I'm lacking of time to do what i want to do...

well, to be honest, if you learn germen now while your english skills are not very solid,
there's a high chance you will get more confused.

You'll never get ready for the future, this's something I've learnt so far. It's changing so unexpectablly!
I would say, try your best, that would be enough.
Regarding to English, I think as long as you can make yourself understood and understand others as well, you're good to go, really don't need to worry about it.
