With the boom of economy, China has witnessed an increasing demand of logitics．Therefore, ports begin to act as main places of social logistics, especially of import and export logistics. The Logistics of ports can not only advance their own economy but also accelerate the regional and national economy, so it gains a more and more significant role in the development of national economy in China. At present, many large-scale ports around the world are transforming themselves into modernizational ones. Compared to them, the development of ports in China has lagged behind seriously. For this reason, Guangzhou Port, representing the large ports in Southern China, has to attain to sustainable development through reformation --- modern port logisticalization. To realize this aim, the Guangzhou government plans to build the Southern China International Modern Logistics Center basing on Guangzhou Port.
Through introduing the SWOT method, the assay digs on four aspects, involving strengthes, weaknesses, opportunities, and treats, to achieve some conclusions pertaining to the gap between the logistic development of Guangzhou Port from that of others. Moreover, the assay provides the local government some available suggetions on how to promote the logistics development of Guangzhou port by solving the current problems facing and finally make it a qualified reformation refereence to other ports.

I've came here for half a year . life here is very interesting . we got up early in the morning . after the breakfast , before classes begin , we often do some reading . we can now talk about the number of things with Engish . How happy i am!
We have four classes in the morning . We all study hardly . there are many other interesting activities . we often listen go out to factories , villages to learn the people.
