同学在找一个日企公司中国总部的CEO助理，地点在北京，下面是工作要求，大概看一下就可以，主要是英语日语好，有无考级证书次要，最好有5年的工作经验，不过不够也可以。最好是做过秘书或者助理的，商科或经济类背景的更好，因为有可能要帮总裁看一些财务数据等等。有意向的同学PM我吧。

Job Responsibilities

?

-??????? Review and summarize various reports and documents; prepare background documents for CEO as necessary;

-??????? Research and analyze routine wireless communications market for CEO and prepare first draft reports;

-??????? Receive and distribute incoming mail; review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention of the CEO;

-??????? Provide follow up to assignments given to management staff by the CEO and provide status reports to the CEO;

-??????? Attend Management committee and other meetings, take meeting minutes, as directed by the CEO;

-??????? Provide administrative support to CEO, such as arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, conference calls, appointments and meetings for CEO;

-??????? Providing protocol support for distinguished visitors.

Qualifications

?

-??? Minimum Bachelor degree majored in business, economics;

-??? 5+ years experience in supporting management with mature personality;

-??? Strong analytical ability and able to work with figures;

-??? Be fluent in both English & Japanese (in oral and written), Chinese native speaker;

-??? Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel & Word;

-??? Positive working attitude, responsible and hard working.

英日双口语好的，比英6日1的难找多了

而且你还要求经验
