本实验以四倍体不结球白菜Pol胞质雄性不育系07p-19为母本,9个四倍体不结球白菜自交系为父本,采用顶角法配制成9个杂交组合,随机区组设计,4次重复,进行农艺性状和杂种优势研究。结果表明:该份四倍体所配制的9个杂交组合在主要农艺性状上都表现出杂种优势,说明利用品系间杂种优势提高产量是四倍体不结球白菜丰产育种的重要途径;而品质性状的杂种优势较弱,说明不宜通过杂种优势手段来提高不结球白菜营养品质性状,应采用其他育种方法来改良其四倍体不结球白菜的品质性状。

Agronomic traits and Heterosis application research were taken autotetraploid and diploid non-heading Chinese cabbage cytoplasmic male-sterile line (07p-19) as maternal parent,as well as autotetraploid and diploid non-heading Chinese cabbage inbred line as male parentage, 9 hybrid combination were designed by topcross method,4 replicas with random group arrangement. The result indicated these 9 hybrid combination which were developed by the autotetraploid showed their heterosis in every main agronomic trait. Among them, the heterosis of agronomic traits was strong. It showed that using hybridization superiority to increase yield was the main method in high yield breeding of autotetraploid and diploid non-heading Chinese cabbage. Meanwhile, heterosis of quality character was not obvious. It showed that using hybridization superiority to improve the nutrient quality characters of autotetraploid and diploid non-heading Chinese cabbage was inadvisable while other breeding methodologys was recommended.
