提醒大家,戒淀粉到第3、4天时就变得非常非常非常馋,各种小零食点心等等,很容易就爆回来了,而且之后还会持续馋很久= =慎重
早中吃7分饱,上午下午吃点水果,晚上不吃东西,加上运动,这样比较科学吧

被WB那条郑多燕励志,今天第五天,感觉前几天的酸痛乏力都没了
力量有加强,人也很精神感觉健康充实,虽然上秤几乎无变化
11点睡6点起早上做拉伸打扫卫生还看了一集仁医
三餐正常,控制零食,因为还有低血糖很难耐饿,建议是少食多餐
准备香蕉之类的等身体发出饿的信号就补充一点
表给自己太大压力,减得太快一对身体不好二更容易反弹
