Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the SAP system. Lay out a variety of sales status report and deal with the data in excels for the sales managers.
2. Handle with department's Special Price application forms and track the whole progress.
3. Do the Valve Sets’ manual allocation twice a month. During which you need to communicate with Customer Service Department and Logistics Department.
4. Making phone calls to the Alternator customers, ask them to give sales feedback through fax or e-mail. Collecting and reporting the data.
5. Translate contracts and files and other tasks.

Requirements:
1. At least 5 months internship starting in March.
2. At least 3.5 days per week.
3. Skilled in Excel and Word.
4. Strong written English.

职位描述：
1、负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的数据查询和表格制作，并答复销售经理对销售动态情况的询问；
2、帮助部门整理各类特价促销计划申请表格，追踪特价批准进度；
3、根据上级要求，每月两次，对部门的阀组件、喷油器等产品进行手工分货，并与物流部、客服部按时沟通进程；
4、利用电话/传真/邮件，收集、整理、归纳客户销售状况信息资料，为部门销售提供参考；
5、负责部门销售合同及其它营销文件资料的翻译、整理、法务备案工作；
6、其他销售要求的工作。

p.s.因为是部门唯一的实习生，而且有几位很好的同事带，所以可以学到很多汽车配件销售类的东西。

要求：
1.3月人职，每周3.5天以上，保证长期。
2.熟练使用英文版office软件（尤其是excel）
3.较强的英语能力（能熟练的使用英语发送邮件、做翻译）
4.认真靠谱，细致耐心，善于沟通。
