自此之后再也不做了

坚持仰卧起坐有用,24岁的时候上学挂床头一天200个,一开始30个就做不下去,后来一周以后200个休息三次就能做完,六块肌都快出来了
后来不上学不做了,但也还好,主要是坚持,两个月见效,姨妈可停两天
