これまで日本国外への配送時、荷物の重量に応じ配送料の再計算をさせて頂き、
ご注文時より高い送料の場合はその旨ご連絡を差し上げてまいりました。
今後、この確認による出荷遅延を最小限に抑えるため、送料が上がった場合に
特にお客様への事前のご通知なく出荷させて頂きます。
もし11/1以前のご注文に関しまして、配送料の出荷前確認が必要でございましたら、
こちらのメールに11/9までにご返信頂けますよう御願い致します。
宜しくお願い致します。

However, from now on, we are going to dispatch the orders without any advance notice in order to minimamise the delay to dispatch the orders.

說的是以後發往日本以外的,爲了最小限度的控制出荷延遲,運費超出預計的將不再另行通知而直接發出
