I received <keep the faith> (+DVD limited edition) this morning and just find one scrape on the shell. I really feel disappointed for it because I intend to send it as a present for my friend who is a completist. So the scrape is just unacceptable. I order through HMV because I believe your service is reliable and of high quality and reputation. So the current situation is really disappointing, have you got any solution for that? I hope you can solve the problem.
