刚才速报 IAEA 说 Japan nuclear situation reasonably stable 虽然还比较严重但因为星期四没有明显恶化所以还是比较稳定的

综合之前报道各种可怕的英语媒体发布的新消息，目前的我对福岛核电站问题前景比较乐观了

你想，机场都能检出这些人受辐射，衣服鞋子全部要废弃处理

但是当时20-30km的人有3万多是自己逃出避难圈的，他们从14？号就一直呆在那里了

受了多少辐射不好说。他们到其他地方，就是把辐射也一起带过去了，不过量多大也不好估计

進められている外部電源の復旧工事について、東京電力は、まずは２号機で、早ければ１８日に必要な作業
を終えて、電気を使って冷却装置を動かしたい考えです。
福島第一原発では、地震による停電に加え、津波で非常用の発電機が故障して電気が使えなくなり、１号機
から３号機で原子炉などが冷やせずに深刻な事態に陥っています。東京電力は、冷却機能を回復させるには
、外部からの電源を復旧させる必要があるとして、１７日から発電所に送電線を引き込む作業を始めましたが、
放水に時間がかかり、作業を終えることができませんでした。東京電力は、２号機に電気を送るための新たな
送電線を１７日までに敷地内に引いていて、１８日に送電線を発電所の内部でつなぐ作業を行うことにしています。
そして、まずは電気設備の損傷が比較的少ない２号機で、早ければ１８日夜、必要な作業を終えて、電気を
使って冷却装置を動かしたい考えです。しかし、工事では、作業員が原子炉に近づかなければならず、放射線
の影響などで作業が難航することも考えられるということです。東京電力は「電気を無事、送ることが可能にな
れば、原子炉は冷やせるので、１基ずつ、深刻な事態を抜けることができる。一刻も早く復旧させたい」と話しています。
