联邦十字勋章由德国联邦总统亲自参与审核并颁发，以表彰在德国政治、经济社会和人文领域做出重大贡献的人士。勋章的授予通常由州长、部长或市长等政府政要或驻外大使完成。

But the only mention of this honor on anything as illustrious as yahoo news is Lang Lang.
And on yahoo news it says: “The award is “the highest tribute the Federal Republic of Germany can pay to individuals for services to the nation,” according to the German president’s website.”
Where’s the link between the words “dwindling festival” and quality. And what does apparently mean?
You see, if the rest of the “dwindling” festivals got it right, they would have all invited Lang Lang, where upon he would implode into hyperspace from all of the demands, if he hasn’t already done so… or maybe he was the whole time….
