Holter monitoring was clear and echocardiography showed a good sized left ventricle, normal sized with good contractility and prosthetic mitral valve noted. No evidence for paravalvular leak. This was discussed with the parents who were basically Mandarin speaking to the help of my secretary who acted as an interpreter.
