ご注文時より高い送料の場合はその旨ご連絡を差し上げてまいりました。
今後、この確認による出荷遅延を最小限に抑えるため、送料が上がった場合に

However, from now on, we are going to dispatch the orders without any advance notice in order to minimamise the delay to dispatch the orders.
If you would like to be informed of the change before dispatch regarding the orders placed before 1 Novermber 2007, please let us know by responding to this e-mail until 8 Novermber 2007.

說的是以後發往日本以外的,爲了最小限度的控制出荷延遲,運費超出預計的將不再另行通知而直接發出

一般会超出多少啊,我订的时候是看它家的运费比较便宜才在它家买的,要超出很多的话那启不是亏死了

lz你进自己账户查看下，现在单据状态应该是入荷＝等待发送
那你接受的话就回个邮件，答应下来让老H快发货，不要的话干脆cancel

是说现在老H政策变了，今后的订单，邮费要超的话，出荷前不会特地通知了
