腰间盘之前看到个小锻炼是趴着,在胸前和小腿垫枕头,造成前后抬高腰部下沉的姿势,保持15分钟左右,有让腰间盘下沉的作用,比较简单,GNS可以试试
自己是还没有腰间盘,但平时工作久坐也很少运动,在家玩手机会尽量趴着,觉得趴一会儿确实腰会比较舒服

刚好虚岁30,两年前生完孩子就感觉身体各种衰老,然后睡眠很重要,我都是自己晚上带孩子所以这两年都睡得很不好,有很明显的泪沟和法令纹,看上去老了很多,其他细纹倒是还好。另外我一直都不太爱运动,但现在感觉年纪上去以后健身也要特别注意,很容易弄伤自己,身体到底不比以前,现在如果自己在家做一些Keep之类的,有时候会觉得后腰和颈椎有点吃不消,不是缺乏运动的那种酸胀而是感觉要受伤的疼痛,所以真的要健身,我觉得可能有个教练会好一些
