算是歪个楼,这里大胸er,差不多C-D,身长162,体重100-110飘忽,
半年多前有下意识的减小食量,体重从110减到了105这样,身边的人也说瘦了,
可是胸上出现一些凹痕,穿着bar看不大出,果着就很惊悚,有种衰老后的鸡脖子皮肤的感觉TAT
可是胸也完全没有变小,只有靠近肩膀那一部分出现这样的状况,
想要减肥的一个原因也是想减胸,现在是zenzen不敢乱减了TAT
有GN知道该怎么办吗?我是真的想把胸减下来QVQ

我也高低肩,还有长短腿。买了私教课,教练上三四节课会安排半节做体态纠正,主要是肩部,侧腹,腿的肌禸的一些拉伸
长短腿本来也不严重看不出来,高低肩确实好多了
自己平时也要注意,尽量表单肩背包,必须单肩背的话每二十分钟应该换边。坐着站着任何姿势都要注意表耸肩,表搁二郎腿。上班没事儿的时候练练腹式呼吸,有些人不会呼吸,每次深呼吸都用到肩部肌禸,肩部会很硬很紧张

最近一个半月从53kg减到了51kg不到,体重掉的不多体型改善了很多。梨形身材的人有腰了,也穿进了小一号的库子,身板明显小了。方法就是少吃多运动,从决定开始减肥的那一天开始。每餐都还是想吃什么就吃什么,表把减肥搞成节食或偏食。只是早餐外的两餐比起平时需要减量,晚餐少吃或不吃米饭。运动就是步行一小时左右,或者跳pc大妈操,运动完坚持拉伸。
