今天联系上那位接到邀请准备去瑞典的，是位荷兰mm。

不过由于时差，没能直接聊上，但是从互相留言看来，好像这事情弄得很真，不然这玩笑开太大了。

As promised, I asked around a little and this is the information I received today:

I think the best thing to do is to send it to the Scandinavian Songs office here in Stockholm.这个就是j家瑞典根据地，希望得到更多信息。
News A&R guy and manager will arrive here one day in advance, on November 12, and they will need to take a look at it before handing it over to Tegoshi and Masuda.j家工作人员会提前一天，也就是11/12到。
So to be on the safe side, the scrapbook should already be at the office when the JE staff arrive. This will give them time to look at it before the rest of the people arrive and things get really hectic.
As long as it's a scrapbook with personal messages I don't see a problem.一切想送给双包的东西必须提前递交，经工作人员检查。
However, I think it is necessary to avoid mentioning Kusano or Uchi by name, as they are still under suspension.
To mention News as a group is fine, but it is safer to avoid mentioning the missing members or addressing it to "all 8 members" or such.
Of course I cant promise that the staff will agree to give the scrapbook to be to the boys, but I will make sure that it gets to the staff at least!

Then I got another e-mail saying:

I just feel I need to explain the Kusano/Uchi/News part in my last mail more clearly.
The Johnny's Entertainment staff coming to Stockholm are mainly A&Rs, producers and the like, so no JE-bosses or high ranking staff.去斯德哥尔摩的j家人员组成。
In my experience, rather than taking a risk, they will simply say no to anything that is the least bit controversial or looks like a "campaign".
So it's safer to keep the scrapbook as neutral about the topic as possible if you want to go trough JE-staff.
However this is just my advice, you are of course free to make your own decision about this!

Personally, I think this makes sense. So it would probably be best to address your letter to "NewS" without saying anything about the amount of members or mentioning Kusano or Uchi.

Since I will be in Stockholm the day before anyway, I'll ask and see if I can deliver it to that office in person. 很明显，荷兰mm知道j家瑞典大本营的地址，然后希望亲手把应援书交过去。 If security has checked it and they say it can be presented to the boys, it will be done during the concert, either by me or the staff. Of course I'll ask for it to be me, but I'm not sure if they'll let me. I'll keep you posted on that part!

You might not have heard about this but we're doing a scrapbook project for the event in Stockholm. If you want to be a part of this, let me know. The idea is to write a letter (A5 format, mind the margin for it'll have to be bound together). All the letters will be combined into a scrapbook. 介绍这个应援书项目。This scrapbook will then be presented to Tego and Massu during their concert in Stockholm. 是说斯德哥尔摩的concert吗？！难道见面会上会唱歌？！？！ I'm currently working hard on negotiating the terms. ;) I now know how to get it to security, 她说知道如何过安检，还在和他们商量。我会去问她到底和谁在联系。I'm not yet sure on whether or not they will allow me to present it. Even if they do allow the scrapbook to be presented, they might decide it's safer for the staff to do so. I'll hear more about this soon. 就是说她想亲自把应援书交给双包，但是不确定工作人员是否允许，不行的话只好由工作人员检查后转交。
