现在海外饭不用FC都可以买票, 价钱还一样不?

当时写邮件时候问他们海外饭很多的，没有霓虹地址不能人会没法买票什么的，可不可以开国际的会员，方便买票

像以前台湾有正式FC
也只能抽日本特定场的CON
