额，就是用国内信用卡，货发美国没有那里
但是把朋友在纽约的地址填到shipping address时候总是被说counstry,state,city not valid
难道是billing address填了中国地址的原因？
后来把billing address换成美国的，也不行
难道nordstrom 不能发纽约州纽约市？

billing address should be the same as it's on your bank statement or your transaction will be declined by your credit card bank

seems that it has nothing to do with your billing address
I would say check with your friend again, make sure you get the right address

LZ用来付款的信用卡的名字是否跟收件人名字一样?

会不会是因为city有不同的写法
比如有些网站我需要把St. 写成 Saint才行， 否则就invalid
